How Princeton Became Princeton Again - Special Assignment for The Wall Street Journal
Written, Directed, Filmed and Edited by Phil Wall
Music by Edward Donohue

"Princeton’s men’s basketball team makes its return to the NCAA tournament stage when it takes on Kentucky Thursday in Tampa, Fla. Filmmaker Phil Wall has been following the Tigers and had one of the best vantage points for their buzzer-beating victory over Harvard to clinch the Ivy League title.  In this video Wall focuses on young coach Sydney Johnson, who played a key role in the 1996 team whose win over UCLA remains one of the most memorable upsets in tournament history. Johnson has tried to balance the legacy of a famous offensive system devised by his old coach, Pete Carril, with one that allows for more speed."
